Our Classes
Courses in Melody Pole Studio last for 8 weeks, one hour per week.

Each 1-hour class includes intense warm-up, technique, routine, and cool down.
One person per pole.

The 8th week of each course is performance week.
The schedule will be different from normal weeks (week 1-7).

Our instructors will follow a preset syllabus in each course. It includes strength, technique, dance, and flexibility training. After finishing each course, students can choose to stay at the same level or progress to the next level after passing the assessment.

ASSESSMENT COURSES
POLE BEG
Most people will start with the Beginner Course.
The Beginner Course teaches simple and essential movements, such as: Body Roll, Simple Pole Tricks and Floorwork. Instructors will give enough time in class for students to practice.

POLETRY BEG
This is the first level of our Poetic Pole Class. You can start with this course as your first pole course.
The 「POLETRY BEG 」 teaches simple and essential movements, such as: Body Roll, Simple Pole Tricks and Floor movement. Instructors will give enough time in class for students to practice.

No Heels Required!
Duration 1 hour. 7 weeks. Week 8 is the performance week.

INT1 POLE
After you passed BEG course, you can progress to INT 1. This course will further develop the moves you have learned in BEG. You will start learning basic inverts and pole combos.

Pole Heels Required.
Duration 1 hour. 7 weeks. Week 8 is the performance week.

INT2 POLE
We are now getting more serious and disciplined. You will need to master basic inverts to progress to INT2, because now we are going to do it in all directions and up in the air! We suggest you taking Flexibility Class along with this one.

INT3 POLE
「INT3 POLE」 is the 4th level of our "Assessment level" Pole Class. You may enroll this course after passing 「INT2 POLE」 assessment. In this course, you will learn more complicated moves higher above the ground,

INT4 POLE
When you have passed INT 3, you can enroll INT 4.
We suggest you to take at least 2 classes per week and flexibility class along with this one.

PA POLE
PA is for those who have passed INT 4. We will get you ready for ADV course.

Pole Dance Style Course let student learn about different pole dance style, from sexy to poetic. They do not belong to assessment ladder. There is no assessment for pole dance style course. Enjoy and find your own kind of pole dancing.
EXOTIC FLOW1
Exotic Flow 1 is Choreography-based class with seductive movements. Exotic floor tricks and transitions are added as accents, flowing with ease into the choreography of a routine.
1 choreography every 3 weeks (2 routines in 8 weeks)

Students to vote 1 routine to review on week 7

HEELS GROOVE
Let's make friends with your pole heels. Worry about falling in your heels? Can't seem to be able to control your floppy ankle and absolutely no idea how to dance in your beautiful pole heels? Join us in Heels Groove. We will help you build a good relationship with your heels.

Exotic Spin Flow
Exotic Spin Flow is Choreography-based class with seductive movements. Exotic floor tricks and transitions are added as accents, flowing with ease into the choreography of a routine with also Spinning combo on the pole.

Pole Dance Style Course let student learn about different pole dance style, from sexy to poetic. They do not belong to assessment ladder. There is no assessment for pole dance style course. Enjoy and find your own kind of pole dancing.
STATIC VIBES 1
Static Vibes is a choreography-based class filled with energetic and upbeat vibes. You will learn how to create momentum around the static pole. Cool floor flip and kips are added as asscents to make your dance more captivating and dynamic.

Suitable for INT1 and above.

Pole Fitness
Fitness class that helps students strengthen muscles required for pole dancing

Upper body muscles
- Build up back muscles for pulling up ourselves in aerial pole tricks
- Strenthen shoulder and triceps for pushing essential for upside down movements

Core muscles
- Equip the abdominal and erector muslces for stronger balance even when the limbs are moving

Lower Body muscles
- strength the glute, quadriceps, hamstrings and abductors for a more secure leg grip in pole tricks and more powerful kicks

Sensual Chair
In this class, we will dance on or around the chair. It is sexy and expressive, and also a great workout for the core, arms, and legs.
Some tricks are involved.

Students can dance barefeet with socks or with stiletto heels. Knee pads are required.
Suitable for all levels. No experience is necessary.
Sensual Heels
This class is floorwork heels dance.
It is all about fluidity, showcasing the plasticity and beauty of the dancer's body. It's seductive, sensual, and often slower.
The emphasis is on musicality, choreography, and feminine expression.

Students can dance with socks, stiletto heels, or pleasers. Knee pads are required.
Suitable for all levels. No experience is necessary.
Dance Stretch
Designed to unlock your body's full potential through a combination of static and dynamic stretching techniques. A carefully curated series of exercises and stretches to increase your flexibility, improve muscle balance, and develop a deeper mind-body connection.

Static V+
This course includes strength conditioning and techniques for a stable static V and its variations including Static V Splits, Static V backbend, Iron X, Handspring, Deadlift, Full moon, etc

Open Level
Requirements: able to do invert, butterfly, and Basic Static V.

Double (w/ Ash)
A signature course of Ashley & Amie. You will learn a complete routine with different kind of double tricks and moves together with your partner.

Open Level: able to do stable climb, sit, basic invert and crucifix
